Unlike traditional medical clinics that focus on service provision, this modern aesthetic medicine building is designed with humanity and fashion in mind. The designers have applied LOFT characteristics, simple styles, and delicate furniture to create a modern atmosphere. This approach has resulted in a unique property that stands out from other medical clinics.
The designers' inspiration came from a desire to make female clientele feel comfortable and stress-free. They achieved this by creating a spacious space filled with artworks, wooden and metal furniture. The use of these elements has transformed the spatial characteristics into a harmonious status, providing mental and physical comfort to the customers.
In the lobby, the aisle is furnished with glass and black metal and decorated with a tree-trunk design. The main space, primarily in grey and white, features a large sculpture on the pool, modern-style paintings, and photos. The space, which measures 880 square meters, exudes a brand new atmosphere that helps people get rid of the fear of treatment.
The designers faced the challenge of making the basement area appealing. They overcame this by creating a tree-shaped channel with transparent glass that shows delightful images as people walk through the passage. The details of art deco make the particular field closer to users' hearts.
This design project, which was completed in July 2015, has been recognized for its creativity and innovation. It was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2018. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
In conclusion, the modern aesthetic medicine building in Hsinchu City is a testament to the power of design in transforming traditional spaces. By focusing on humanity and fashion, Chien-Ming Lai and Chi-Hsiang Hsu have created a space that not only serves its medical purpose but also provides comfort and relief to its clientele.
